Google Partners with CBSE | Announces US $1M Grant

Google For India event was hosted online this time on Youtube due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

The main focus of the event was on India’s Digital Transformation, along with emphasis on Online Education for Indian Students.

One of the key announcements which students should be excited about is the the partnership of Google with CBSE.

Google is all set to partner with CBSE to provide quality education by enabling 1 Million Teachers in 22,000+ Schools across India, using various e-learning software from Google.

Google in addition to this has also announced a new grant of US $1M for the underprivileged students through the global distance learning fund.

Through this Grant , Kaivalya education foundation will empower over 700,000 over the next 1 year.
